Trinity Academy Halifax’s Admissions Policy and Over Subscription Criteria are under consultation for students who will be admitted to the academy in the academic year 2026/27 and thereafter; pleaseÌýclick here to download a copy of the proposed policy.

Trinity Academy Halifax is a heavily oversubscribed school; although we would like to offer a place to every child who wants to come here, that sadly isn’t possible. We admit 330 students per year into Year 7 and these places are awarded strictly in line with the terms of our Admissions Policy (including our oversubscription criteria).
